Payment FAQ
You will be charged based on:
1) Your subscription plan: ESSENTIALS, BUSINESS, or ENTERPRISE
2) Subscription period: Monthly (30 days) or yearly (365 days)
3) Add-on purchases: e.g. virtual numbers, licences etc
4) Usage costs: such as SMS sent or calls made
Usage costs will be incurred on the following:
- Number of SMS sent
- Outbound call made to mobile numbers or landlines per minute
- Incoming call minutes to toll-free and local DID numbers per minute
- Participants dialling into conference calls through a toll-free or local DID number (if enabled)
Our paid plans are divided into monthly and yearly plans per staff licence. A payment in advance for a monthly plan recurs every 30 days, a shorter subscription period comes with more flexibility. A full-year payment in advance for a yearly plan recurs every 365 days, and is more cost effective than a monthly plan.
Your subscription will be renewed automatically with your selected payment method in advance of each billing cycle unless you cancel the subscription. Additional charges can be incurred in the middle of your plans for any Wallet top-up and new purchases of staff licences and add-on items.
Free trial: You can enjoy up to 3 licences for 14 days.
ESSENTIALS Plan: 1 licence and 1-month subscription minimum.
When you upgrade from the free trial to ESSENTIALS, then the number of licences used in the free trial will be carried over to your new plan. For example, if you used 2 licences during the free trial, then you need to purchase 2 licences when upgrading to the ESSENTIALS Plan.
BUSINESS and ENTERPRISE Plans: Minimum 10 licences.
If you buy additional staff licences after your subscription starts, you will be billed based on pro-rata for the rest of the monthly or yearly plan.
Example: If you buy new staff licences 3 months after your yearly plan begins, you will be charged for the remaining 9 months. If you purchase an add-on item worth US$100 for a yearly plan, and the remaining duration of the plan is 56 days, the pro-rated fee is calculated as US$100 x (56 days/ 365 days) = US$15.34.
Invoices covering recurring subscription fees and add-ons of the previous month are available for download from the dashboard under My Plan > Invoice at the start of every month.
